Nail Health
I will not work over super damaged nails
I will not work over any nail fungus
If you have any concerns about your nail health, please contact me
During your appointment
No extra guests unless other wise talked about (please message me)
Strongly encouraged to wear a mask. I will be wearing one.
My space is small and shared so there is limited room
Deposits
A deposit is required to book.
This deposit will go towards the cost of your services. If you make appointment changes at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you can use the deposit for another appointment.
Emergencies happen so please feel free to reach out
Late Policy
15 minute grace period
After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited,
Obviously we can’t predict everything, so please communicate with me if you are running late or have an emergency
Cancelations
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Emergencies do come up, so please communicate with me so we can figure it out together
No Show Fee
If you do not show up for your appointment. It is marked as a no show and you'll be sent a $30 no show invoice that must be paid before your next appointment.
You will also forfeit your deposit.
Any appointments booked will be canceled if the invoice goes unpaid.
