I will not work over severely damaged nails
I will not work over any nail fungus
If you have any concerns about your nail health, please contact me
During your appointment
No extra guests unless other wise talked about (please message me)
Strongly encouraged to wear a mask. I will be wearing one.
My space is small and shared so there is limited room
Deposits
A deposit is required to book.
Deposits are Non-refundable
This deposit will go towards the cost of your services. If you make appointment changes at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you can use the deposit for 1 appointment change.
Emergencies happen so please feel free to reach out
Late Policy
15 minute grace period
After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited,
Obviously we can’t predict everything, so please communicate with me if you are running late or have an emergency
Cancelations
Cancelations with in 48 hours of appointment will result in forfeit of deposit and a $35 last minute cancelation fee
Continuous less than 48 hour Cancelations will result in a full service charge for the most recent canceled appointment
Emergencies do come up, so please communicate with me so we can figure it out together
No Show Fee
If you do not show up for your appointment. It is marked as a no show and you will be sent an invoice for the full cost of the booked service. That must be paid before rebooking.
Your deposit will apply to the invoice
Any appointments booked will be canceled if the invoice goes unpaid.
